Design moments and material use are being studied as we work through the use and flow of their home. The final deliverables will be permitting and construction documents to bring this home to reality.

Losing their home to the August 8th Lahaina Fires, this couple worked tirelessly to provide for their community and make pathways forward for Lahaina to rebuild as a whole. They came with a design in mind of modern architecture and softened sleek finishes that fit into the Hawaiian landscape. The idea of offset boxes, flat roof lines, and spaces infused with natural light was the prompt given to Inhabit Designs to start working towards a new home that brought back their lifestyle.
